New feature in forms to set maximum height and width of your logo and signature. Through the editing of the form, you click on the photo and in the window that appears, you change the values.

New feature in print forms so you can select alignment on column headings as well as rows individually. Find this option by editing the print form by clicking on the title of the column you want.

Add customer/supplier VAT number to customer/supplier balances – Reports.

Added the options: "Previous Month", "Previous Quarter", "Previous Year" in the customer / supplier tabs as well.

General improvements to the appearance and performance of the application.

New feature on print forms so that the footer (Remarks, Terms and Signature) always appears at the bottom of the page on printouts. Find this option under the heading "Footer" in Editing and Creating a Print Form.

Changes to document reports and customer balances for canceled documents.

In the Period button you will find additional options to filter the results even faster. More specifically, the options: "Previous month", "Previous quarter" and "Previous year" were added.

Fixes to value fields when removing the value.

General improvements to the appearance and performance of the application.

You can now invoice your subscription to the application with different details from the company details you have specified in the Settings. If you are an accountant or manage multiple companies, you may find the above new feature useful. See more from the menu, Settings, Subscription and Subscription Pricing Details at the bottom of the page.

Improvements in appearance, in the speed of the application but also corrections for the correct sending of the residence tax to myData.

You can now "filter" sales documents as well as sales credit documents based on the myDATA status. You will find this feature in the filters in the list of entries above.

The above feature was implemented in the reports, as well as in excel that you can export from the application.

You can now specify the spacing of the sections on the print forms. From "very small" to be able to display more lines per page but also "very large" if you issue service documents with this form. When editing or creating a print form you will find the Distances field in the "Settings" tab.

Improvements in the printing forms of the documents through the application but also in the pdf files.

You can hide the warehouse option during the invoicing process (Create and edit) by updating the document type when it concerns a service. More from the Settings menu, document types and edit service-related types by activating the "Service" field.

The tab for selecting the form during invoicing will be minimized. You can maximize it by pressing the arrow in the center.

Improvements to the application for faster display of results in the lists of all records.

Two new myDATA payment methods have been added, you can link them to the application payment methods from the Settings and Payment Methods menu.

Updates on myDATA line combinations for "Service Receipt" and "Retail Receipt" types.

You can now set the default myDATA type in each document type as well as the default classification (category and type) for each new line you enter during invoicing. More from Menu, Settings, Document Types and then edit the type you want to set the default values.

Improvements in sending myDATA entries.

When sending service documents to myDATA, the units of measurement of the item lines will be ignored.

Ability to search documents based on titles or descriptions in their lines.

You can now create email messages (templates) and use them when sending emails for your documents. Emailing sales documents, sales credit documents and offers. See more from Menu, Settings and Email Messages.

Ability to display the MARK (myDATA) at the top of the document. You can enable this feature from the form you are using.

Possibility to select "Special item (Revenue) - Receipt of collection" for myDATA. The above formula contains the "Rents - Income" and "Special item - Proof of collection of residence tax".

Update on combinations of myDATA types and their designations.

The code is now displayed in the list of types of revenue ratings.

Improvements to the myDATA registration process.

You can now link multiple sales documents together. Find the card on the right in the display of each document entitled "Related sales documents".

On the printing forms of your documents, if the quantity does not have decimal digits or they are zero, they will not appear.

In the form editing you can set default values for the shipping fields so that you do not enter them over and over again during invoicing.

When pricing, in item search, items are now displayed alphabetically.

Corrections and improvements on the appearance of documents using an external link.

You can now set the default document type so you do not have to select it and avoid invoicing errors. This feature is provided in sales documents, sales credit documents and offers. From the menu on the left, select Settings and in the settings menu select Application, where you will find the card entitled "Default document types".
